No. For white-label production work, Pixelfish works behind the scenes and your client does not need to know we are involved. You remain the front-facing agency, consultant or service provider.

Yes. To remain an active Pixelfish production partner and retain access to partner rates, a minimum monthly spend of R10,000 is required.
Yes. Approved partners receive access to discounted partner rates, provided the monthly minimum spend requirement is maintained.
Turnaround time depends on the type and scope of work required. A flyer or simple design item can usually be completed much faster than a website, custom plugin, digital magazine or larger campaign build. Each project timeline is confirmed once the brief has been reviewed.

Briefs are submitted online through the Pixelfish Partner Hub. Once your partner application has been approved, you will receive special access to submit briefs, track progress and manage your workflow with us.
